I had an absolutely amazing stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a quaint village near Lucerne. The staff treated me like royalty, with their super friendly and respectful demeanor. The room was not only comfortable, but it exuded luxury, making me feel like I was in a dream. The spa and sauna were top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience. The sauna's temperature of 91°C was perfect for unwinding. And let's not forget about the breakfast - the selection of delicious items was simply superb.
If you're looking for a hotel with enhanced comfort and quality services, I would highly recommend this place.

Spent our Christmas holidays in a fantastic hotel near Lucerne. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, close to the railway station, making it easy to travel across Switzerland. the hotel offered free and ample parking for those who rented a car. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in a pleasant atmosphere and top-notch service from friendly staff. On Christmas day, we had an excellent dinner with a live band that played some festive tunes. The hotel decor was beautifully done, creating a festive mood that enhanced our Christmas experience.
Although the food was delicious, the restaurant decor was a little bit outdated, and it looked like it needed some modernization. the street noise at night made it challenging to get a good night's sleep sometimes.

We were treated like royalty with amazing and respectful staff. The room was comfortable and luxurious, and the spa/sauna was really relaxing. The breakfast had a large selection of delicious dishes, and we appreciated the comfortable parking around the hotel. Location in the centre of a pleasant village near Lucerne made it easy to enjoy all the city has to offer.

Located in a charming village with easy access to transportation, this hotel was an excellent base for exploring central Switzerland. the rooms were stylish with high standards, and the reception staff was professional and friendly. the breakfast buffet was a wonderful treat, with beautifully presented and delicious food. the hotel had a great selection of Swiss wines to try.
There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the laundry service was quite pricey.

Location was great! Just a short walk to the train station and close to lots of different attractions. the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast options were plentiful. the staff was quite friendly and accommodating to our needs. We also appreciated the free parking space that was offered to us.
Our room was quite noisy at night due to traffic on the street outside. We had difficulty getting a good night's sleep.
